Our system uses one to three employment assessments at key points in the process to select only those people that continue to show that they fit your needs and the job.  It is a straight forward approach: the results from our pre-employment screening tool must justify us taking the applicant forward to see if they fit the job.  In this process, you save time and money and dramatically improve the chances of a good hire.  This multi test approach has been recommended by the government for years.  See chapter 9 in the 1999 US Department of Labor report Testing and Assessment: An Employers Guide to Good Practices.

Employment assessments, of high or low quality, are just raw information.  Maximizing use of that information in producing desired outcomes requires guidance based on experience and expertise...the right test measuring the right things for the job at hand.
