Reduce Turnover

When turnover is persistent, unanticipated, or forced it is very expensive.  It is our experience that "bad" turnover is most often caused by two basic factors:

  1. Employees who do not have good work ethic, reliability, integrity and substance abuse attitudes, and
  2. People who do not fit the job...the unique traits and characteristics required for success ...things that you can not train for.

In order to hire good people who fit your jobs, we generally recommend two or three assessments depending on the nature of the job to ensure this outcome. And to accomplish this every time, we have developed a straight forward approach that systematizes the hiring process, using our assessments at key steps to save time, money and disappointment.
